Founded by Meredith Rose, a devoted guide on the path of inner transformation, this space offers a sanctuary for those ready to listen deeply and return to themselves.
With a grounded and compassionate presence, Meredith, supports clients in navigating emotional wounds, releasing old patterns, and awakening to the wisdom they’ve carried all along. Through one-on-one healing sessions, intuitive guidance, and soul-centered teachings, she helps others reconnect with their inner voice — the one that’s been softly (or very loudly) calling them home.

About Meredith Rose
Meredith was born and raised in the suburbs of Northern Virginia. Although from outward appearances she may have had a seemingly normal childhood. Inwardly, Meredith always knew she was “different”. From a young age, Meredith was extremely sensitive and perceptive to energy. However, not really understanding her perceptions, she figured everyone felt and saw the things she felt. Over time she learned to keep her “knowings” to herself. It was only after a series of events, that Meredith was guided to develop her intuition further. Her first mentor and teacher of well-known psychic Linda Schiller-Hanna (the predictor of Sky Lab). After graduating college, like many graduates Meredith had very few employment options. Because Meredith had a great deal of free time on her hands, at the insistence and encouragement of friends, began offering readings and energy healing professionally, officially hanging her shingle under Higher Vibrations in 2011, renamed to The Call Within in 2019. Since that time Meredith has continued her calling giving professional psychic readings. Over the course of 11+ years of experience, Meredith is also Certified Spiritual Coach, Biofield Tuning Practitioner, Certified Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master-Teacher in several Reiki modalities, and Certified Quantum Touch Level 1 and Level 4 Instructor.
In addition to giving intuitive readings, Meredith now primarily serves as a teacher of energy healing to students learning Quantum Touch under her school- Divine Heart Alchemy School.
As an extremely bright light Meredith is here to serve and continuously be a positive force Good on the planet.
How I Got Started in the Healing Arts
Despite being very naturally intuitive, being a career healer wasn’t something I ever considered, nor even knew was an option. Like many graduates, my goal was to “get a job.” During my job search I received constant rejection and kept spinning my wheels in odd jobs; so, I began taking healing arts workshops for fun.
I listened to the call within me, and attended an intuition development workshop led by Linda Schiller Hanna (predictor of the fall of Sky Lab in the 1970s). At the time, I didn’t really have any expectations of what the workshop was, I just knew I was supposed to be there. In this workshop, I learned that the inner pulls, voice, and strong hunches I had been having most all of my life, actually were more than helpful and accurate! The more I tried to push doors that lead to paths not meant for me, the more I was bounced back to the healing arts. So, I began to explore other healing modalities such as: Reiki, Quantum Touch, Biofield Tuning, and Hypnosis.
Realizing I couldn’t ignore the calling any longer, in October 2011 and at the encouragement of family and friends, I began my career into the healing arts, offering readings, hypnosis, and reiki, in Del Ray-Alexandria, Virginia at Vital Mind Body Therapy.
