Who am I?

Everyone has moments where they lack clarity in their life.

Even the “perfect A-Lister” people who appear to have it “all together”!

Here’s what else I know to likely be true:

#1 You’ve probably talked to your friends or family about this issue, perhaps even multiple times.

#2 You’ve likely been in therapy at some point in your life, not a bad thing, just an acute observation!

#3 You wonder at times if this frustration or confusion will ever END.

#4 You desire to make changes in your life except your not sure where to begin, or even sure if I can help you!

#5 In some way shape or form, this is likely the last resort since you’ve likely tried lots of other things already!

Who Cares?

Honestly, no one, except YOU.

Because this healing journey and process belongs to YOU.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have a day where you were free from:

repeating the same defeating patterns.
“defective” with me thinking
attracting the same crappy partners, bosses, or jobs, or all of the above.
finally get out of that mental/emotional rut that holds you back from living your authentic life, you know the life you really want?

I think and feel this would be gratifying, don’t you?

Is it true you’re Psychic?

Yes! And hung my shingle since 2011 at the ripe age of 23 going on 24. (Fun Fact #1)

Although my sensitivity to the Spirit World and Energy began from the time of birth.

And here is the proof in the pudding… ( Side Note: Fun fact #2 I love pudding- mango or chocolate mousse)

Get To Know Me Even Better

#3 Notice how we are starting at #3 instead of #1. I can’t read books or watch shows or movies of of order.

#4 Love Astrology, slightly obsessed, and began reading Astrology books at the age of 12 for fun.

#5 I’ve taken some cool trips outside of the U.S. most of which are too long to list here.

#6 Wrote a lot of papers in college and got a B.A. in International Affairs, which I haven’t used since, other than hanging it on the wall.

#7 Long drives and loud music are the best therapy.

#8 I write a lot. For Fun, For Business, For Soul Searching. For this website.

#9 I love horseback riding. Not nose-to-tail riding but actual riding where one can gallop and canter. I’m not an expert rider, yet love the freedom of being in the saddle!

#10 Talking to myself. Yes, I’m totally that person who walks around the neighborhood talking to myself talking out ideas, problems, decisions, etc. Sometimes I forget to put headphones in, so luckily the neighbors avoid me.

Official Bio

Meredith McDonough had no idea what she wanted to be when she grew up.

Unlike most people who knew what they wanted to be a vet or a doctor, she was non-committal to a career path even at the age of 5.

As a result, Meredith did the stuff tha was expected of her – go to school, graduate, go to college, get a job of some kind, basically “adult”.

During the time of “Adulting”, the call to Healing, sort of just found her, over and over again, until she would listen and follow the call within herself and begin her training.

It was in this time, Meredith decided to explore more of her gifts and abilities to help others starting in 2008.

She hung her shingle as in 2011.

And officially changed the name to The Call Within in 2020 for a variety of good reasons that are too long to list here, (again more writing).

There was NO “one moment” where she just knew, it really was a process and journey.

Now at present day she identifies as:

Wise Woman, Healer, and Guide.
